didn’t do as much healthy home cooking as I wanted this week, but bringing lots of clothes to work → yoga twice and gym twice so workouts 4/5 days is pretty good, plus plan to hike tomorrow & maybe back to gym sunday. just gotta find new routine that makes sense & then repeat until it becomes automatic.

Keep up the good work. Big changes are definitely hard on routines but you’ll get it going again in no time.
