Falling down on my vitamins rule this week, though as I’ve been transitioning off my diet I’ve been less concerned about getting enough nutrients which I’m sure has something to do with it.

Well, thank goodness for the extra life points I got from all the kind Health Monthers out there – and thank goodness this month is over. It’s been very educational and I definitely learned a lot about what rules are realistic for me to keep!

An honest-to-Og tornado and something personal at home kept me from making my last trip to the gym for the week, thereby costing me three (eek!) life points. On the plus side I knocked a few items off my to-do list at lunchtime and received a new book in the mail (“Liar’s Poker” by Michael Lewis).

With all the new rules for March it’s going to be more important than ever to jump out in front of my weekly obligations, particularly exercise. I’ve really raised the bar for myself and if I put things off to the last day a setback last night will cost a lot more than just three points.
